Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

The only dates/times when I can interview are full. What should I do?

If you cannot find a date or time that works with your schedule and have worked with your interviewer on this, you can submit a request on the Interviewer Rematch Request Form. This form can be found on the Interview Sign-up page.

Keep in mind that we do have a constrained number of interviews available, so although we do our best to fulfill each request, we cannot guarantee that you'll receive your most highly preferred interview option. Also note that we do not offer interviews outside of our published dates.

How can I reschedule my interview?

You can reschedule your own interview using your confirmation email that you receive from Bookings or by visiting the link included in your interview invitation on the Applicant Center homepage. Your new interview will be updated and you will see the new details at the top of the page. If you cannot find an open interview date/time that works with your schedule and have reached out to the interviewer about this, you can submit a request to be moved with a new interviewer through the Interviewer Rematch Request Form on the Interview Sign-Up page.

Do I need to provide a transcript for my study abroad coursework?

We do not require study abroad transcripts. However, if this coursework does not appear on your bachelor's degree transcript and you want it to be considered you will need to add this school as an additional undergraduate institution on your Educational History.

When you add it, select that it was "outside the U.S." but do not check the box that says "This was a study abroad." If you check this box, it will not generate a link to upload a transcript since we do not require study abroad transcripts.
