As a general rule, courses taken during freshman and sophomore years are considered lower level. Courses for your major or minor concentration taken during junior and senior years are generally considered upper level.
Most colleges and universities designate courses as upper or lower level, usually by a course-numbering system described on the transcript key or back of the transcript.
Use your best judgment in choosing the subject that most closely matches the department or content of your course. If you can't find even a close match, let us know by making a note in the text box at the bottom of the form.

You can find a brief profile of your interviewer on the Teach For America Applicant Center under the Interview Sign Up tab.
If you are no longer able to attend the interview you are scheduled for, review the options below to determine your next steps.
I would like to stay in the current timeline but cannot attend the interview I am scheduled for.
If you cannot find a date or time that works with your schedule and have worked with your interviewer on this, you can submit a request on the Interviewer Rematch Request Form. This form can be found on the Interview Sign-up page.
Keep in mind that we do have a constrained number of interviews available, so although we do our best to fulfill each request, we cannot guarantee that you'll receive your most highly preferred interview option. Also note that we do not offer interviews outside of our published dates.
You can reschedule your own interview using your confirmation email that you receive from Bookings or by visiting the link included in your interview invitation on the Applicant Center homepage. Your new interview will be updated and you will see the new details at the top of the page. If you cannot find an open interview date/time that works with your schedule and have reached out to the interviewer about this, you can submit a request to be moved with a new interviewer through the Interviewer Rematch Request Form on the Interview Sign-Up page.
You will be able to sign up for an interview as soon as you are notified that you have been invited to attend one. Log in to your Applicant Center and view the interview invitation banner at the top of the page.
