Your proposal will need to be shared within approximately 3-5 minutes. Your proposal can be presented in any format that feels right to you - verbal presentation, PowerPoint, Word document, etc. You will not be evaluated on how you share your proposal with the interviewer. Your interviewer will first ask you to share your proposal. 

Based on what you share, your interviewer will ask you follow-up questions for an additional 5-10 minutes. You do not need to prepare anything for the follow-up questions.

Your interviewer will introduce one new piece of qualitative evidence during the interview and ask for your reaction. You do not need to prepare anything for this part of the interview.
