My recommender says they completed the form, but my Applicant Center says it's not submitted.

The status you see on the Recommender Info page always matches what we have in our records. You'll want to reach out to your recommender to request that they access the form again via their link and attempt to submit. Often, a field is left blank which will prevent the form from submitting. Your recommender will also receive an email confirming their successful submission.
