Yes, as long as it is before the deadline you can edit your preferences after you've submitted. Go to your region preferences and click "Unsubmit" and you'll be able to make changes. If you need to edit your classroom preferences just click the "Classroom Preferences" link on the left-hand navigation bar. Be sure to re-submit before the deadline once you've made your changes.
