Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, and be either a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Louisiana has reciprocity with all 50 states, which means that anyone with a teaching license in another state is eligible for a Louisiana Out of State License in the same grades and subjects, valid for three years.
