Teach For America's One Day Breakfast is our annual signature event designed to bring together community leaders, lift up the brilliance of North Carolina's students, and highlight the impact of Teach For America educators in and outside the classroom. 

This year, we are hosting four One Day Breakfasts to bring together leaders from the business, education, and civic community to celebrate the remarkable leadership of educators and students across North Carolina. Attendees will learn more about the state of education in a post-COVID world, TFA's mission to close the educational equity gap, engage with students and families in the communities we serve, and leave feeling inspired and motivated to pursue equity in an actionable way.



Since 1990, Teach For America has brought nearly 4,000 teacher leaders to pursue positive change in North Carolina impacting more than 250,000 students. Today, a network of 2,200 corps members and alumni are fighting for educational equity as teachers, principals, non-profit executives, and leaders in every industry. United in the unwavering belief in the potential students, they are reimagining education to realize the day when every child has an equal opportunity to learn, to grow, to influence, and to lead.
