After answering a few eligibility questions, eligible applicants will gain access to the application, which includes:

• Information about their work, leadership, volunteer, and other experiences
• Demographic information
• Four short-answer questions (300 words or less each)
• Disclosure of any misdemeanor or felony charges or convictions within the past seven years
• Two video responses that ask applicants to explain how they would respond to situations involving a student and an Ignite Site Leader
