If you have a special circumstance to be in a region you should list this region on the Special Circumstances section in your applicant portal in section 3, after your interview. Although you may not be able to select it on your map based on your eligibility, our Assignment Team reviews all details submitted on the Special Circumstance form and will take a closer look at your eligibility for the region you indicate.
