As a Teach For America alum, you are one of more than 46,000 people living in communities across the United States and abroad.
You're still leading and serving in many ways—as teachers, principals, district leaders, and policymakers. Some of you are in the private sector, some entrepreneurs. Individually and collectively, you work as lifelong advocates for better educational resources and opportunities for kids.
You are diverse in your identities, career paths, and ideas on what it will take to realize educational equity. Your voices and perspectives vary but are connected by a common goal:
Educational equality. For all children.

Nearly half of corps members identify as people of color. As our corps diversity increases, alumni diversity increases too. We acknowledge the critical role that alumni of color play in helping students achieve educational equity.
The Collective is TFA’s national alumni of color association. Through national and regional programming, the Collective provides many powerful opportunities for members to:
- build relationships
- accelerate their leadership
- deepen their impact
