Annemarie Donnelly

After her time as a corps member, Annemarie moved back to Texas to work on Beto O'Rourke’s Senate campaign. Now, she advocates for Texas students and families with IDEA Public Schools as their advocacy and engagement manager.

Annie Matheis

As a corps member in Dallas, Annie taught seventh-grade science and earned her masters in STEM education from SMU. She is now based out of Austin and works for Teach For America as a recruitment manager.

Ashley is the manager of instructional leadership at the Texas Education Agency. Prior to that, she worked at KIPP Austin College Prep as a teacher and administrator. She earned her master of education from the University of Houston.

Prior to joining Empower Schools, Chazz was the director of the Fort Worth Alumni Program for TFA. Previously, he planned and implemented an internship program for students at The Innovation, Design, Entrepreneurship Academy in Dallas ISD.

After living in Dallas, College Station, and Austin, Kristina continued her tour of Texas by moving to Houston to teach fifth grade as a member of the 2014 corps. She is currently an elementary school counselor for Austin ISD.

In 2013, Nicole founded KIPP Austin Leadership Elementary (KALE), a K-4 college-prep charter school serving students in central and east Austin. Nicole is currently the assistant director of school improvement at Texas Education Agency.
