John Brozovich is director of finance at The Gambrinus Company, a privately held company based in San Antonio, Texas. Gambrinus is a leader in the craft beer category that owns and operates three independent craft breweries: the Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas; BridgePort Brewing in Portland, Oregon; and the Trumer Brewery in Berkeley, California. As director of finance, John oversees all financial and administrative functions of the company. John previously served as the company's manager of planning.
Prior to joining Gambrinus, John practiced corporate and securities law at the Dallas office of the international law firm of Jones Day. His experience included private and public offerings of debt and equity securities, mergers and acquisitions, and advising public companies on securities and corporate governance matters.
John received his B.A. magna cum laude in classical studies with a minor in Spanish from Georgetown University. He received his J.D. cum laude from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was a member of the SMU Law Review Association and a symposium editor. John currently serves on the board of Teach For America San Antonio.
