How do I request a matching gift for my donation?

Requesting a matching gift or volunteer grant is normally a five-minute process that must be initiated by the donor or volunteer. You can do this by filling out and submitting a paper match form provided by your employer or through an electronic submission process. Use the search tool above or ask your Human Resources department for company-specific information.

What if I don’t see my employer in the database?

If you do not find your employer listed, please check with your company's Human Resources department to see if your company offers a matching gift program.
