As a monthly donor, it is important to know how to manage your donation. Our donation platform, Classy, makes this possible directly within your Classy Supporter Dashboard.
Below, please find some information about creating, logging into, and updating your membership through Classy.

Managing Your Membership
After the first time you make a donation, you will receive a confirmation receipt email that allows you to create a Classy Supporter Profile.
Select the Manage Your Donation link at the bottom of this email and you will be able to create your Classy Profile.
If You Can’t Find Your Donation Link: Visit the Classy Account Setup page and manually set up your Supporter Profile using the email address you used when you signed up for monthly donations.
If You Forgot Your Password: Go to Classy’s Login page and click the “Forgot Password” link.
To update your contact & billing information, first, make sure you are logged into your Classy account.
Once you are logged in, click on the Go to My Profile button. Scroll down to see your recurring donations.
You can update both your Contact Information and Billing Information by clicking on the Edit Donation button.
Make the changes you need and then select Save Changes.
All changes will take effect on the next scheduled billing date of your transaction.
Please note: For your security, Classy does not store credit card information, so you will need to re-enter your information if you are looking to make changes.
Once you are logged in, click on the “Go to My Profile” button. Scroll down to see your recurring donations.
You can change your donation amount by clicking on the Edit Donation button.
Update the donation amount and then select Save Changes.
All changes will take effect on the next scheduled billing date of your transaction.

If you would like to change the payment date on your recurring donation, please contact us with the new payment date you would like your gift to occur on using the form below.

In the event that you wish to cancel your recurring donation, log into your Classy account, and click on the “Go to My Profile” button to view your Supporter Dashboard.
Select Edit Donation and then on the next page, select Cancel Recurring Donation.
You will be asked to confirm that you would like to cancel your recurring donation.
Please note: A confirmation email will not be sent when your recurring gift is canceled.
Once you are logged in to your Classy Account, click on the Go to My Profile button.
Once on your Supporter Dashboard, in the top right corner, click on your initials and select View Profile.
Scroll down to view your individual donations. To resend a receipt for a particular donation, select Resend Receipt and the receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
To send your receipt to a different email go back to your Supporter Dashboard where you can update your email. Once updated, return to the Supporter Page and resend the receipt.

Why doesn’t my donation receipt show the region that I am supporting?
When you first make your gift, your donation receipt shows the region that you support, however, future donation receipts are automated and unfortunately cannot show this information. Should you wish to confirm or change the region that you support with your monthly gift, please log into your Classy account to do so, or reach out to us using the contact form below.
