Why Mental Health is a Social Justice Issue
Mental health is not just a "you" problem when our society suffers from systemic barriers that keep inequities alive. Daily discrimination and dysfunction create depression, anxiety, and trauma for so many in our communities. Join Minaa B., licensed social worker, to unpack how merely existing in today's world can affect mental health. Minaa will give you the tools to cope and offer solutions on how those with positional privilege can show up for others and advocate to break down inequities. Followed by live Q&A.
