Los Angeles is home to more than 10 million people. Its identity is a patchwork of different cultures and people, laid on a history of both promise and inequity. Its public education system is one of the region’s most critical services and is a place of not only academic advancement but of social and emotional growth, and opportunity for millions of children. As educators, our corps member are vital to this work ensuring more children have access to an excellent and equitable education.
