After a decade as a special educator and academic dean at Achievement First, Lucy has garnered the right experience and developed the tools necessary to excel in education leadership roles.

As associate director of admissions, Laura focuses on issues of college access and success with a holistic perspective that she credits to her time as a kindergarten teacher in the corps.

After holding leadership positions at both TFA–Indianapolis and the Indianapolis mayor’s office, Brandon now leads The Mind Trust as its CEO.
