Robbie Dean graduated from Tulane University with B.A. in Spanish, Latin American Studies, and Political Economy. At Tulane, Robbie traveled and studied international development and educational policies in Chile and Spain, piquing his interest in bilingual education.

In 2012, Robbie joined Teach For America Dallas-Ft. Worth as a 5th grade bilingual literacy teacher. During the summer of 2013, Robbie worked closely with the Latino Cultural Center of Dallas, planning and writing their multidisciplinary education curriculum for their 2013-2014 season exhibitions.
