Palm Beach County Superintendent Donald Fennoy barged in on a Royal Palm Beach High School math class Monday morning. Trailed by a pack of reporters and carrying a bouquet of flowers, he was not seeking a lesson in calculations but to announce that teacher Daniella Boyd is the county’s Teacher of the Year.
