Sylvia's favorite part of her career has been the consistent opportunity to lead diverse, talented, and committed groups of people to accomplish great things and create meaningful experiences together while having fun. From her first professional experience as a classroom teacher in New York City to her current position as non-profit leader, she values the tremendous relationships built and lessons learned along the way as much as our shared history of accomplishments. 

As a Teach For America alumna, Maha has a passion for equity-driven leadership. That’s why when she saw the digital divide affecting her students, she created a computer science track at her placement school where she still teaches.
