Tell Us Why Teach For America—and Why You

Your application includes two short-answer prompts: one about your motivation for applying to TFA and another about your leadership experience.

Boasting about your biggest wins can feel overwhelming. One of our tips for writing your greatest accomplishments: You don't need to tell us what you think we want to hear. Tell us what actually matters to you. Be specific about the experiences that have shaped you, the impact you hope to make, and what you’ve learned from leading with and alongside others.
