AT&T was a founding partner of Teach For America’s Computer Science (CS) initiative. Together, over the past four years, we worked to provide more teachers with best-in-class CS professional development and to expand access to high-quality CS educational opportunities for students across the country. In 2018, AT&T became Teach For America’s leading Diversity, Equity, & Inclusiveness (DEI) partner, supporting our efforts to recruit, train, support, and connect a diverse network of education leaders who positively impact student achievement and opportunity in underserved communities.
FedEx shares our commitment to diversity and inclusion. Over the past 10 years, FedEx support has helped enable Teach For America to become one of the most diverse pipelines of education leaders in the country. In addition to providing financial support, the company also provides our organization with invaluable employee engagement as well as in-kind shipping support.
State Farm ® has been one of Teach For America’s leading corporate partners since 2012. Like Teach For America, State Farm believes all children deserve an education that will help them reach their greatest potential and prepare them for success. Together, we work in 10 regions and across the country, impacting more than 400,000 students each day. In addition to providing critical financial support, State Farm executives lend their time and leadership by serving on our national board and five regional boards. State Farm employees also engage with their local Teach For America regions, volunteering their time and support.
A lack of access to clean clothes is one barrier that can contribute to chronic absenteeism for students living in poverty. To remove this barrier, Whirlpool brand introduced the Care Counts™ laundry program, installing washers and dryers in schools. Whirlpool enlisted Teach For America to expand the program to 8 regions and 40 schools.
Infosys Foundation USA
Infosys Foundation USA’s commitment to bridging the country’s digital divide through expanding computer science (CS) and maker education led them to support Teach For America in 2019. Their contribution will enable the expansion of the organization’s new computational thinking pilots to four national training institutes and support the development of online resources available to all Teach For America CS teachers. With the goal of training hundreds of incoming Teach For America educators in this critical way of thinking, this partnership aims to bring computer science learning at scale to K-12 classrooms in low-income communities across the U.S.

The Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Alliances to work alongside other organizations to deliver on the promise of equal opportunity for every child, grow the field of AAPI teachers, and raise awareness of the academic and socio-economic realities facing many AAPI students.
The Black Community Alliances cultivates and develops relationships with external organizations and recruitment initiatives with the goal of increasing the number of teachers of color, in the classroom.
The Latinx Alliances strives to be one of the most connected, active, thriving, and culturally responsive Latinx leadership networks in pursuit of educational equity in the U.S. Comprised of over 5,000 Latinx corps members, alumni, and staff, the mission of the Latinx Alliance is to connect and forge pathways for members of the Latinx community to achieve their full educational, economic, and social potential.
Students of color, those from low-income areas, and those who identify as LGBTQ face oppression based on their multiple identities. Teach For America is committed to safety, fairness, and dignity for all students. That’s why we’re taking a stand.
Our LGBTQ Community Initiative aims to create a more intersectional movement to end educational inequity by encouraging more LGBTQ leaders to teach.
Teach For America’s Military Veterans Initiative helps to bring more veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces into the fight against educational inequity.
The initiative works with several veterans' organizations, including the nonprofit Got Your 6, the Department of Defense's Troops to Teachers transition program, and the Student Veterans of America to ensure that military veterans and spouses are aware of teaching as a second career and that students across the country benefit from their talent and commitment.
The Native Alliance Initiative (NAI) works with Native students and leaders in Hawai‘i, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, the Twin Cities, and Washington state.
The alliance initiative works hand-in-hand with tribes and Native communities to expand educational opportunities for their students. Created to support and provide corps members with more strategies for incorporating tribal and community culture into the classroom, NAI recruits Native leaders to the teaching profession, and develop a critical pipeline of leaders committed to advocating for Native communities and children.
Teach For America and the Amgen Foundation launched the STEM Initiative in 2006, announcing our commitment to empowering all students with a great STEM education. Today, Teach For America is one of the largest—and most diverse—providers of STEM teachers in the country.
