Michael began his career as a Teach For America Rhode Island corps member and teacher in Providence Public Schools. The passion, creativity, and tenacity of those working for change in the smallest but mightiest state continue to inspire him. He is committed to working with and for others to drive lasting change so that all kids can access an excellent education.

De Andre, a Brooklyn native, joined Teach For America Rhode Island in 2021. A longtime advocate for community engagement and educational opportunity, he leads TFA RI’s corps member onboarding, matriculation, hiring, and placement.

Jenna is a Rhode Island native who began her journey with Teach For America in 2017 as a corps member. She taught at her placement school for four years as a special education teacher before joining staff in the fall of 2021.

A member of the 2010 RI Corps, Mike taught in Providence for several years before transitioning onto staff as a Manager, Teacher Leadership Development. Mike helps develop and support corps members' teaching and leadership skills.
