Executive Director, TFA Baltimore

Normandi Amprey is a servant leader who is committed to an excellent education for all students and community empowerment. A 2009 Teach For America corps member, she taught in Baltimore City Schools and later directed family and community engagement for KIPP in Camden, NJ. Since 2016, she has advanced TFA Baltimore’s mission in multiple roles and was named Executive Director in 2021. Today, she leads a network of 1,500 educators and alumni working alongside the community so every child in Baltimore can learn, lead, and thrive. Normandi earned her B.A. from Spelman College and her M.A.T. from Johns Hopkins University. A proud Baltimore City Schools parent, she lives in Baltimore with her husband, Marlon, also a TFA alum, and their two daughters.
