    Teaching is a profound act of leadership. We have over 1,000 teachers in our region, and are committed to their continual growth and development as educators.     At Teach For America, we know that to give all students access to an excellent education, we not only need more fantastic teachers and principals, but also more strong organization leaders in the non-profit and public sector working to effect change. To help our alumni take on these roles, we offer the annual Elevate Fellowship and our new Amplified Leadership programming.
