Tiffany joined Teach For America in 2004 as a corps member in Philadelphia, where she taught sixth grade special education. From 2006-2009, Tiffany worked in the affordable housing development and education consulting fields. She joined TFA’s staff in 2010 as the senior managing director of teacher leadership development in Detroit and most recently served as the vice president of regional management.

Tiffany graduated from the University of Michigan, earning a B.A. in sociology and Afro-American studies. She also earned an M.Ed. from St. Joseph’s University and an M.A. in community planning from the University of Maryland.
