Robert Quinn is formerly the corporate vice president of operations and service support for FedEx Corporation. His group was responsible for leading significant operations, service quality, and customer experience improvements across FedEx operating companies. His organization included the Service Experience Leadership, FedEx Services Quality, and Corporate Operations Analysis teams.
Bob was previously staff vice president, operations analysis at FedEx, and he had several positions at Caliber System prior to its merger into FedEx. Before joining Caliber, Bob was a principal at Oliver Wyman Consultants.
Bob is a graduate of Tufts University and holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the board of Teach For America Memphis.
