Job Title

An entrepreneur since age nine and former lawyer and advertising executive, Paul combined his varied experiences to found Feats in 1985. Ranked one of the world's Top 50 Event Companies for seven years, Feats provides award-winning event consulting, design, marketing, and management services for clients including Bucknell, Duke, Johns Hopkins, Wake Forest, Aegon, Crayola, and Magellan.

Event Solutions Magazine honored Paul with its first Samaritan Service award and Maryland Chamber of Commerce named Feats "Small Business Philanthropist of the Year." In 2013, The Daily Record named Paul one of Maryland's Most Admired CEOs, and Baltimore Magazine recognized Feats as one of its "Best Places to Work."

Paul serves on the board of Teach For America Baltimore. He is also the immediate past chair of Greater Baltimore Committee's Leadership Board and The Advisory Board Leaders Council of the National Academy Foundation, and he is a board member of The Baltimore Community Foundation and National Academy Foundation Baltimore School. In 2007 he was named a national NAF Advisory Board Champion. Paul founded BaltimoreACTS in 2010 to provide aid to Haiti and turn Baltimore’s response into a catalyst for change at home.

Paul teaches, speaks, and consults on leadership, entrepreneurship, and the power of the live experience. He believes we need to think big, do what we each can do well, and instigate others.
