When you apply to Teach For America, you’ll spend several weeks sharing your experiences, your strengths, and your passions with us. Our transparent application process will allow you to track your progress clearly. Here’s what you need to get started.

How to Join FAQs
In order to be considered for admission to TFA, you must satisfy three prerequisites: bachelor’s degree; a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50; and citizen, national/legal resident, or DACA status. Read more about these prerequisites.
Yes! College juniors and co-terming seniors can apply early to TFA. As an early admissions applicant, you’ll be evaluated on the same criteria as any other applicant. Read more about early admissions.
