Search our complete list of graduate school partners who offer TFA corps members and alumni benefits after they complete their time in the corps. These schools are in addition to the partnerships that many TFA regions hold with local graduate schools that provide training and courses to current corps members.

  • One-year MPA offers a unique blend of rigorous coursework, professional development and international study, all delivered in a June-May schedule.

Policy & Government

Application fee waived for corps members and alumni

Half-tuition scholarship awarded to up to two TFA alumni (full-time or part-time study) 

  • Scholarship available to those applying for Fall enrollment

Department of Public Administration and International Affairs

  • Minimum of $10,000 in financial aid to incoming TFA alumni admitted to the on-campus MPA and MA IR programs
  • Two-year deferral for students who are admitted to the on-campus MPA or MA IR program and choose to join TFA
  • Two-year deferral for students who are admitted and choose to join Teach For America
  • Special consideration in the admissions process is given to all Teach For America alumni who meet baseline application requirements
  • Special consideration is given for scholarships, graduate assistant positions, and/or other financial assistance as well.
