Natalia Eileen is the Founder & CEO of Seen@Work, a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firm. She develops and facilitates workshops, coaches leaders, and builds DEI initiatives. Prior to founding Seen@Work, Natalia worked as a strategist and consultant through organizations including Danone NA, Deloitte, Facebook, and Teach For America. Natalia graduated from UPenn’s The Wharton School with an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness and from New York University with a BA in History.
