About the Role
Become an Operations Associate (formerly known as Operations Coordinator) at one of our national or regional institutes. OAs are part of our institute operations team, the staff responsible for the design and execution of institute logistics. This team provides the infrastructure needed to deliver outstanding instruction to the thousands of students our corps members teach.
As an OA, you’re on the ground at our training sites helping communities in need, developing project management and operations skills.
Successful OAs are highly organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving skills, and eager to learn how a large nonprofit works. They are typically rising college seniors and are not current corps members.
The application for 2017 OAs closed on February 8, 2017. We will announce the 2018 application timeline in fall 2017.
