Succeeding as a new teacher in any context is extraordinarily challenging, but you will not face this challenge alone. All corps members attend a rigorous pre-corps training institute, receive ongoing coaching and professional development throughout their two years, and have access to countless online resources to help them be effective classroom leaders.
Our Teaching As Leadership framework is the cornerstone of our training and development program. It grounds corps members in the principles of leadership that will maximize student achievement in their classrooms and help them succeed as leaders after the corps.
