BVP provides high-expectations public school choice to four Rhode Island communities: Central Falls, Cumberland, Lincoln, and Pawtucket. Event Spotlight

In April 2012, key education leaders in Providence spoke at Community Learning Series. Susan Lusi, superintendent of Providence Public Schools, was joined by Providence Teachers Union president Steve Smith, mayor Angel Taveras’ education advisor Angela Romans, and School Committee president Keith Oliveira. The group spoke about how the state’s education system works with the teacher’s union, the mayor’s office, and the school committee.
