Partner Spotlight

KIPP Reach is a charter school located in the middle of northeast Oklahoma City. Of the 292 fifth through eighth grade students at KIPP Reach, 81% qualify for free or reduced price lunch. By the time the students enter eighth grade, 100% score proficiency in reading and 100% proficiency in math.

Event Spotlight

This year, Tulsa hosted Teach For America’s ninth annual summer institute in Oklahoma. Over 650 corps members provided summer school to over 5,000 Tulsa students, representing the first time students have had access to free summer school and a nearly 300% increase in enrollment. Along with community members, Teach For America’s CEO and founder, Wendy Kopp, joined us on June 11 to kick off this event.
