Get to Know Our Partner: Group Excellence
Founded in Dallas by a team of idealistic young educators, Group Excellence soon became one of the most respected — and top-ranked — tutoring companies in the state. Student groups mentored by Group Excellence tutors have seen their passing rates increase from 0% to 75% over the course of a single year.
Motivation and inspiration is ultimately what Group Excellence offers. By working closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to apply a comprehensive set of customized programs and tools, Group Excellence tutors help tens of thousands of students get on track academically, which in turn helps schools improve their rankings. Teach For America is proud to call Group Excellence a partner. We look forward to strengthening our connection with Group Excellence and the many other organizations that make up the larger effort to improve educational outcomes for students across the Dallas-Fort Worth.
