In many of our regions, you can receive a master’s degree in education/teaching through your two-year certification program. Costs can vary; learn more about regional master’s degree options and costs.

Graduate School Partnerships

Nearly 200 top-ranked grad school programs seek out Teach For America corps members and offer them a variety of benefits. You will be eligible for:

  • Scholarships of up to $25,000/year, depending on the school and program
  • Application fee waivers up to $250 per application
  • Two-year deferrals (for incoming corps members)

Our partners include top-ranked programs in law, medicine, business, education, public policy, the sciences, and engineering.

Saving for the Future

Corps members typically use a combination of additional financial benefits and budget management strategies to save for the future.
