Career services

Teach For America seeks to advance the impact of our alumni by providing a variety of resources.

Career and Leadership Center: Our center provides career and job search resources to support corps members and alumni through the entire career development process and to help them achieve their personal and professional goals after their corps experience. The resources, including strength finder tools, career guides, alumni mentors, a job board, and resume toolkits, are available to corps members and alumni through TFANet, Teach For America’s internal website, which also allows alumni to find, network, and collaborate with each other. Current corps members and alumni can click here to access TFANet.

Graduate school partnerships: More than 150 graduate schools, including top-ranked business, education, law, medicine, public policy, the sciences and engineering, offer benefits for corps members and alumni, such as two-year deferrals to participate in Teach For America, course credits for the corps experience, waived application fees, and special scholarships and awards.
