Please mail the certificate to our office with a cover letter identifying the donor and, if applicable, any special instructions for the use of the gift.

The donated value of the stock will be calculated by taking the average of the high and low prices for the day the date stamp indicates on the certificate.

So that we can thank you for your generous support, please notify us if you intend to electronically transfer stock to our account.
