Staff Diversity

We want our people to be themselves at work. We know how important that is, both to our staff members’ happiness, but also to the pursuit of our mission. We’re at our best when we feel comfortable letting our true selves shine through.

In the spirit of embracing our diversity on staff, we are constantly exploring ways to build an understanding of one another across lines of difference. Through a variety of resource groups, mentorship programs, social team outings, and collaborative office space, we find time to enjoy and learn from one another, and celebrate our unique personal and professional backgrounds. 

Of course, our commitment to diversity goes much deeper. It is reflected in our core values, our network of partner organizations, recruitment strategies, and corps member and alumni engagement.
