Helpful Hints

During this training
  • Keep the training video open in one Internet Explorer window and walk through the steps described in the training in another.

Logging In
  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to www.exacttarget.com
  2. Click "client login" button at top right corner
  3. Enter username: firstname.lastname
  4. Enter temporary password: tfa*4032
  5. Reset password (if prompted): use letters, numbers, and a special character ($#%&@) in between
Why we use ExactTarget
  • Technology: Keeps stress off our main e-mail servers
  • User Ease: Allows you to easily download a list of e-mail addresses from one of our databases, upload them to ExactTarget, and send
  • Marketing: Allows us to get our visual identity, which communicates so much about who we are as an organization, into our e-mails, which are more and more a focus of our communications with various audiences
