Only if corps members opt to teach for a third year, will they then be eligible for licensure in the state of Nevada, and many decide to continue to teach for a third year for this eligibility. In addition, it is possible for corps members to apply their UNLV licensure coursework toward licensure in many other states immediately upon completion of their two-year commitment.
