I feel lucky to be a member of the Jaguars and to be able to make my home in Jacksonville. The people are warm and friendly and the combination of the beaches and the great weather can't be beat. It's a lot like my native California, but a lot less crowded. I think any Teach For America corps member would enjoy being placed in Jacksonville very much.
