Applicants who are selected for staff positions should expect to participate in conference calls in the spring, prior to the institute. In addition, most staff members will need to attend several weekend conferences in the spring to prepare for the institute. In general, school operations manager coordinators need to arrive at least 10 to 14 days before the institute and depart four to seven days after the end of the institute. School operations manager coordinator salaries start at $6,200 for the duration of the commitment, and depend on institute experience. Room, board, and some travel and shipping costs are provided for all staff members. The institute is a residential experience and all staff members are expected to stay in the provided accommodations. We will work with staff members who need family accommodations to find a suitable situation.
