Applicants who are selected for staff positions should expect to participate in conference calls in the spring, prior to the institute. In general, operations coordinators need to arrive at least ten to fourteen days before the institute and depart four to seven days after the end of the institute. Operations coordinator salaries range between $2,500-$3,000 for the duration of the commitment. Room, board, and some travel and shipping costs are provided for all staff members. The institute is a residential experience and all staff members are expected to stay in the provided accommodations. We will work with staff members who need family accommodations to find a suitable situation.
