"Working at institute really honed my time management and organization skills. It also taught me how to manage adults, build a team, and give constructive feedback. The truth is that I’ve never worked harder-or had more fun-than I did when I was a corps member advisor. I love that I get to help shape the kind of teachers my corps members are going to be."
