Strategy and design
Strategy and design roles involve researching and determining the actions that will enable our organization to increase effectiveness. Individuals in these roles research a big-picture problem, then design an innovative long-term solution. Strategy and design staff members enjoy analyzing the causes of problems and thoughtfully constructing solution, both collaboratively and independently.

Summer Training Institute Positions
The summer institute offers a range of positions to people with all levels of experience who are interested in dedicating six to seven weeks over the summer to enhancing corps member learning and student achievement. Positions are available for alumni, corps members, and college students.
