We work on the frontlines, striving to develop our teachers to maximize their effectiveness. We also have the privilege of working at all points of a corps member’s development: we build relationships with our school and district partners; select and recruit incoming corps members; train, develop, and support corps members throughout their two-year commitment, and ultimately connect them to long-term opportunities as alumni.

About the Role
Program directors lead approximately 35 corps members to maximize their impact on student achievement and to develop their problem-solving abilities. They are driven by the desire to ensure that corps members expand their students’ life options through academic success.
