Joining the Teach For America staff is a very direct and meaningful way to continue on as an active force in eliminating educational inequity. I saw that there was a problem in education and I wanted to find a solution. So, I joined staff. In doing so, I have had the opportunity to network, learn from, and participate with some of the most driven individuals I have had the chance to meet.
