This role allows me to work with both internal and external champions of our movement. I see first-hand the work corps members are doing in the classroom and the impact our alumni are having in Baltimore. I also get to work closely with influential people around the community who have made our cause their cause. I am inspired by both every day.

About the Role
Directors of design build the training and professional development curricula for corps members and for the staff who support them. They are driven by the desire to enhance our training and ongoing support to significantly increase student achievement. They also enjoy completing extensive writing projects.
